RARE! VERY OLD Delicate most likely FRENCH France necklace with black velvet ties

What a great find! This has to be a VERY old French collar necklace. So delicate. I have never seen another one like it. Made of pearls, and pieces of colored glass and glass beads, mesh. All connected by wires. Black velvet ties. Most unusual and unique. The center measures about 6″ by 2″ wide in the center. The black velvet ribbon was probably replaced at some time. Great condition for its age.
