Fabulous Chunky Rhinestone Collar Necklace. Most likely West German though unsigned. Chunky construction with huge confetti cabochons adorned by citrine rhinestones. Measures about 17″ long, the center is 5″ by 1″. There is very slight plating loss on the chains (not the center), otherwise excellent condition.
