Fantastic find! Gorgeous and so delicate French bib necklace. It’s not signed, but all the characteristics (findings, design) point to Maryse Blanchard. Similar necklace is pictured in “European Designer Jewelry” by Ginger Moro (page    79). Beautiful combination of faux pearls, turquoise, art glass, and amber and topaz rhinestones set in gold tone metal. Measures 15″ long and 1.25″ wide. Excellent condition.
