Gorgeous Victorian    festoon black jet necklace. The beads on the bars are sewn onto the black fabric. Those    bars are connected by festoons of black beads. The closure is a simple snap on. One of the    snaps is missing one half, and the bottom one has to be fixed. It measures about 13″    long (perfect for fit right on your neck), the center drops down 5″.    Some of the strands would have to be re-strung. It’s very well worth rescuing!
