Gorgeous Large French Blue Glass and Aurora Borealis Brooch. Made of poured blue glass and decorated by Aurora Borealis rhinestones and Carnival glass pressed glass leaves. This kind of brooches was pictured in Florence Müller book Costume Jewelry for Haute Couture" (page 160). She indicated that they were made by Gript in France circa 1970. Measures almost 2.5" in diameter. Excellent condition.
