Striking and unusual plastic floral collar necklace

Striking and unusual plastic floral collar necklace. Large double flowers in amber, green and orange with sparkling topaz rhinestone centers attached to metal link base. Clasp is also adorned by the same double layered flower. Looks very chunky. Necklace measures 15″ long and about 1″ wide (the flowers are about 1″ in diameter). Excellent condition.
