Very Unusual French Rhinestones Collar Necklace

A very unusual collar necklace. I’m pretty positive it’s French, but unfortunately it’s not signed. Clear rhinestones are soldered onto delicate brass chains creating an illusion of rhinestones floating in the air. Measures 17″ long and 15″ wide in    the center. Excellent condition.
