Amazing and glamorous blue faux crystals collar necklace. Most likely Czech. Necklace is made of blue plastic faceted crystals decorated with lots of gold tone clear rhinestone flowers. The flowers have small and large faceted beads in the centers in two shades of green. The necklace is 14″ long and 1.75″ wide in the middle. Chain extension can be easily added to make the necklace fit. Great condition.
